House Rules

Check-in after 4:30 PM.

Check-out before 10:30 AM.

Children allowed: ages 0-17. Lifejackets must be worn by children near water.

Pets allowed: 1 dog less than 50 lbs. Prior approval is required with fee of $200.

Boat Lift-( if your property contains a boat life, do not use the boat lift or touch the lift controls without prior approval. Must not use the boat lift without advance notice and paying the $200 fee for safety instruction with the marine lift company and signing disclosure.

Kayaks- Follow all safety guidance, don’t leave kayaks in the water when not in use, return kayaks/oars/safety equipment to kayak holder and where found and secure so water can drain. 

Leave Dock Ladder out of the water when finished using it. 

Guests- Max # in the home- refer to your property's guest manual. Only the individuals pre-approved allowed on the property. The booking guest is responsible for compliance of House Rules of their guests. Names, DOB, and copy of Driver's License required for all adult indivduals. Minimum age to rent: 25 years old.

Check in-Out- All Guests must leave the home prior to 10:30 AM and not arrive prior to 4:30 PM unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Host. Must follow all Check- Out Rules.  

No parties or events per County Regulationss.

No smoking allowed inside and outside the home. No compliance will result in a $300 fine.

No Fireworks 

Lock all doors and windows prior to leaving the home. Do not lock the door between the kitchen and garage. Do not lock any handles.

Do not move furniture. 

Do not disconnect any IT/ electronic equipment. 

Do not remove any linens/towels or items from the home .ZPets- No pets unless exception approval is granted. If so, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside, walked on a leash, and cleaned up after, not allowed in the lanai, in the pool, on the furniture or bedding. 

Trash- See your guest manual for pickup schedule. Place liner bag in regualr trash when it has been emptied. Do not place regualar trash in the recyling container.

Evacuation- Must leave if Evacuation order is issued. 

Bikes/ Beach Items and Fishing Rods- Return to location found, clean and intact. 

Grill- Use the grill brush and scraper to clean while grill is hot. Remove grease collection device and clean after each use. 

Follow all Check- Out Rules 

 Failure to follow these rules will result in a $250 charge per violation, possible loss of deposit and inability to use booking platform in the future. 

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Please follow all the guidelines in your guest manual that is emailed to you. The host will call prior to arrival to provide additional home information.

Please keep the noise level down and quiet between 9 PM and 9 AM per City Ordinance.

Cleaning practices

• Cleaned with disinfectant.
• Check-in and check-out with no person-to-person contact.
• All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that's at least 60ºC/140ºF.
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (Examples: Countertops, light switches, handles, faucets, and more).
• Follows industry health association set by SafeHome (VRMA & VRHP).
• Follows industry health association established by the COVID-19 Guidelines (CDC).
